How to do the Change ?

We will need a resolution for doing such upgradation or redevelopment. Such resolution needs to be passed in both the Houses of the Sansad (the parliament of India). It will be better if that resolution gets passed in the legislative assemblies of many states also. It will be still better if that resolution gets passed in the Houses of many Zilla Parishads (Z.P.) also.

It will be equally necessary to set up the 2nd Constitution Committee and the 2nd Constituent Assembly also, for doing the further needful. Fortunately, there is no restriction in the present Constitution of India and in the Basic Structure Doctrine also, for doing so.

National Logistics Policy

One of the appreciable developments in the recent period is the publication of National Logistics Policy or NLP in short form. It was published / declared on 17th September 2022. A concept of Global Logistics Hub also is introduced in that policy. With this remarkable one forward step, India needs one more policy as National Manufacturing Policy (NMP). Without this policy, the logistics policy is more likely to result into transportation and distribution of imported goods into India.
